Weds 27th July 2005

Hello Hello,

Really enjoyed todays show, thank you as always for all the texts and calls. Don't forget if you ever have any suggestions for the show then email takeabreak@kclr96fm.com.

Todays show included our debate on the way to woo women! This is after a survey revealed that dinner is the way to go and not expensive gifts! Now lads, that answers that question. More info from http://www.ucl.ac.uk/ They conducted the survey.

Music on the show included new music from Damien Rice & Lisa Hannigan. This fantastic song is called 'Unplayed Piano'. Here's the background behind the song taken from www.damienrice.com - Free Aung San Suu Kyi 60th Birthday Campaign new single 'unplayed piano' & solo campaign tour to be announced this week. Damien Rice and Lisa Hannigan are to release ‘Unplayed Piano’ as a single on June 20 in support of the 'Free Aung San Suu Kyi 60th Birthday Campaign', a global initiative to free the Burmese Nobel Peace Prize recipient on her 60th Birthday, June 19. 'Unplayed Piano' was written for Suu Kyi by Rice and Hannigan following a visit by Rice to Burma in July 2004. All artists' royalties from the sales of this record will go to supporting the US Campaign for Burma and Burma Campaign UK.
